To reserve your favorite elegant dress for a photo shoot and secure a queue, you must make an advance payment of 50% of the rental amount. Please note: if the customer cancels the booking, the prepayment will not be refunded. If you wish to postpone the date of photography to an earlier or later date, you must inform the photographer at least 3 days.

You can pick up the booked dress yourself from the office. At the meeting, the client pays 100% of the rental cost and leaves a cash deposit in the amount of UAH 300-1000, depending on the cost of the outfit.

From the moment of rental, the client is fully responsible for the safety of the product. It is forbidden to make any changes to the presentation of the product, to sew, hem, wash, iron, try to get rid of stains on your own and transfer to third parties. The deposit is refunded in full, provided that the client has adhered to all rental and operating rules.
